Guardian Admins is proud to offer a state-approved online instructional format for the Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program.

This program allows participants to complete the required Phase I instructional hours through a structured, instructor-monitored online learning environment, while maintaining all compliance requirements set by NC DHSR.

Unlike traditional classroom schedules, this format provides the flexibility to engage in training any time, day or night, without sacrificing program quality, oversight, or accountability.

The Assisted Living Administrators Association for North Carolina (The AA).

The AA exists to advocate for, educate, and encourage assisted living administrators across North Carolina through faith-guided leadership, ethical standards, and service-centered initiatives. Guardian Admins supports this mission by contributing education, workforce development, and practical guidance aligned with these values.

While (The AA) operates independently, we are united by a shared commitment to strengthening those called to care for others.
